• Candidates should be less than 30 years of age.
• Submit your age id proof also along with your competition paper.
• Only members of AOGD are entitled for paper submission (Proof of membership should be enclosed).
• Registration for Conference is Mandatory.
• Submit competition Papers (abstract & full text) by email at aogdrml2024@gmail.com alongwith the Registration details for the conference.
• Use of standard abbreviations is desirable. Please write special or unusual abbreviation in brackets after the full word, the first time it appears. Use numerals to indicate numbers, except to begin sentences.
• All the papers should be original manuscripts and not already published anywhere else.
• A panel of judges will evaluate full text of the papers and select 7 best papers for presentation during the conference.

• Use Microsoft word format to prepare the article in A4 size page. The font should be Times New Roman and size should be 12 with double spacing and standard margins.
• The paper should be presented in as concise form as possible. Pages should be numbered consecutively and contents arranged in the following order
  • Title page
  • Abstract
  • Full text
  • References
  • Tables and figures

• Title page should include only the ‘Topic of the study’

• The abstract must not be more than 250 words (excluding title, author details and institutional affiliations).
• Abstract should be typed in Times New Roman font in size 12 in bold, with single line vertical spacing and one line between paragraphs
• First line of abstract: Title must be in capital letters with font size 12. It should be short and concise.
• Second line: The name of authors should follow immediately under the title in one line. Type initials & family name of authors in BLOCK letters and underline the presenter’s name. DO NOT include degrees or professional designations.
• Third line: The name of institution, should be in lower case, following immediately after the authors, on a different line.
• Leave one line between the title/ authors/ institution block and the body of the abstract.
• Please use the following required headings to construct your abstract:
  1. Objective: State the purpose of the study or investigation.
  2. Material and Methods: State details on study subjects, techniques, and/or observational/analytical methods.
  3. Results: Include your main findings, noting statistical data.
  4. Conclusions: Summarize principal conclusions, emphasizing new and important aspects
• Do not use tables, graphs, pictures/images and references in the abstract.
• Abstract indicating “data will be presented” or “results will be discussed” will not be accepted.

• Full text should not include name of candidate or the place of study anywhere in the paper. If found, the paper will stand disqualified.
• Full text should be of 2500-3000 words and includes introduction, materials & method (includes sample size, study design and methodology), results, discussion, conclusion.
• In text, the references should be indicated above the line (superscript) in sequence.

• References should be in the Vancouver style.
• The total number of references should be restricted to 25.
• References to literature cited should be numbered consecutively and placed at the end.

• Tables and illustrations should be sent separately with an indication in the text regarding their position. Tables (in MS word format) should be included in main article file. Tables should be labelled consecutively with roman numerals. It should have a brief title and column headings should be short.
• Figures should be submitted in JPEG or TIFF format (size not more than 1MB), numbered consecutively.

• LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF COMPETITION PAPERS is 25^th October 2024, 4.00 pm.
• Acknowledgement will be sent by 3^rd November, 2024.
• Best 7 papers will be considered for the presentation during the conference.
• The remaining papers shall be considered for free paper presentations.
• The date and time will be intimated to all by 12^th Nov 2024. Those candidates who do not receive any information on email by 12^th Nov 2024, should write a mail to aogdrml2024@gmail.com
• Competition papers submitted after last date will be considered for free paper presentation (not competition paper).
• The decision of the organizing committee will be final.
